Warning! I made pictures of some strange creatures. See for yourself.

It used to be the capital of a royal state of the same name. Today, Jodhpur is a popular tourist attraction for its palaces, fortresses, temples and surrounding desert landscape. The city has the nicknames 'blue city' because of the indigo-colored walls of the houses in the old town. The old town is completely surrounded by a city wall from the 16th century. I have said before that I am not really a city person but in the midst of the nature of India this is a fantastic getaway. Apart from the alleys, by the way, they are not so pleasant for our senses 😅
I think mangrove is one of the most beautiful types of nature. They are very important for biodiversity because the shelter often makes it a breeding ground for fish and birds. And the more animals the better, there is something to discover under every stone or branch 👀
During our trip through the Thar desert we passed many small villages. Houses in these villages are often mud huts with a thatched roof. As a result, you get a very special light every now and then. With our hostess in the photo we had a chai and talked about life in the desert.
